Ravi Lai - Managing
Partner
Ravi Lai has been
an IT Executive for over 30 years. Having held positions as
President and COO of two successful IT Companies. Ravi helped grow both
companies exponentially.
Currently Managing Partner with GSS Consulting, LLC, in San Francisco,
California. Ravi has also worked with Fortune 500 companies like
IBM, Amdahl, Sybase, Legent, and SIS Inc. in senior management positions.
Ravi's knowledge of sales, professional services, and international
management has enabled him to work in the United States, Europe,
Australia, South Africa, Japan, Singapore, China, and Indonesia.
Ravi brings a rare yet fresh sense of focus in helping turn moribund
companies to profitability. Fluent in several languages, Ravi has
a significant network of senior professional contacts across the globe.
Ravi has an MBA from the American Graduate School of International
Management in Glendale, Arizona and a BS in Economics ( Honors ) from
Auburn University.
Curt Snarr - President and Managing Partner:
Mr. Snarr served ten years as
Executive Vice-President and Officer for Systems Integrations Solutions
Inc., a mid tier consulting organization based in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Snarr was responsible for all major client services related to
international engagements, In this role, he managed all international
client projects spanning North America, Central America, and Asia and
developed supporting operations across India and the Philippines.
Prior to this role Mr. Snarr served as Executive Director,
Information Systems Strategic Services, at Pacific Bell. Mr. Snarr
directly supported the Chief Information Officer with management of
critical systems initiatives, business process reengineering, and over
sight of all major outsourcing relationships. In this capacity he
developed Pacific Bell's initial capabilities to source highly technical
resources, and supporting business processes, on a global basis.
Mr. Snarr has developed extensive
experience, and related success, working with a wide range of
international corporations. His major client list includes
Vodafone, Wells Fargo Bank, Visa International, Verizon Wireless,
Xilinx, Pacific Bell, and Tenet Healthcare.
Mr. Snarr holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the
University of California at Berkeley. He holds his
Masters Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in
San Francisco, California.
